Teenage Pregnancy is very rampant in Assakee in Western Ghana. 3 month old, Kofi, was abandoned by his 14 year old mother, which some of you may know from Part 1 of Baby Kofi's Video we released last year linked here:    • Caring for an Abandoned Baby in Ghana...  

Kofi's destitute grandmother was unable to properly care for Kofi, so she reached out to Pockets of Promise (formerly known as The Bridge Foundation) to help care of him. We thank our supporters for making his transformation possible as he is doing much better now!
