My name is Sydney and I am a certifed PT, Group Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutritionist. I had the unfortunate/fortunate life-altering experience of losing my health. After a year of battle and gaining over 30lbs, I was scheduled for surgery to remove my spleen. After 6 weeks post surgery, I was finally able to workout again. I was so excited and there was one type of movement I craved more than anything and that was rebounding (mini trampoline) workouts.

I truly believe that movement is a gift and something that can provide us joy. I want to share that joy with you by sharing empowering workouts that will help you take ownership of your health while falling in love with the process.
