Ingredients
FOR PREPARING TAMATAR WALI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - A pinch
Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 Cup Seedless and finely chopped
Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Finely chopped
Salt - As per taste
Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing
FOR PREPARING LAHSUNI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Garlic / Lansun - 1 tsp grated
Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 Cup Seedless and finely chopped
Salt - As per taste
Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice / Nimbu Ka Ras - Of 1/2 lemon
Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing
FOR PREPARING SAUNF WALI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds / Rai - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds / Saunf - 1 tsp
Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 Cup Seedless and finely chopped
Water - As required
Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder / Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing
tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions
1. FOR PREPARING TAMATAR WALI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, and green chilli. Mix well. Saute it for a few seconds on medium flame.
3. Then add tomato and mix well. Now add salt and mix well.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally.
5. Then slightly mash the tomato with a spatula. Mix well.
6. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
7. FOR PREPARING LAHSUNI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
8. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic. Mix well and saute it for a few seconds.
9. Then add green chilli, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Now add coriander powder and mix well.
10. Once done, turn off the flame and add lemon juice. Mix well. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
11. FOR PREPARING SAUNF WALI MIRCHI KI SABJI :
12. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and green chilli. Mix well.
13. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Add a few drops of water and mix well.
14. Then add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, and dry mango powder. Mix well.
15. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
16. 3 Types Of Mirchi Ki Sabji' is ready to be served.
