There is no Hayley, no possible love interest in Camille, and therefore, no baby storyline. Rebekah is not involved in the destruction of her brother. AU after 1x03 of the Originals and 5x05 of The Vampire Diaries.

STORYLINE:
Klaus is in New Orleans, and while he is moving on, he keeps being reminded of her... Everything reminds him of that fiery blonde, the one he was willing to wait a lifetime for. And while she is desperate to live the college life, flashbacks of her offer from Klaus haunt her. In a fit of impulse fueled by her breakup with Tyler, she takes a week off to visit him in New Orleans, desperate to put her mind at ease. They meet for lunch and he invites her to Marcel's party, managing to convince her this will help take her mind off things at home. She begrudgingly accepts.
She turns up at the party and Klaus is smitten. It reminds him of the time she walked into that ball, wearing that beautiful blue gown he gave her. She is dressed like an angel, paralleling his costume as a devil. The light to his darkness.
Flash forward a day, and she's on her way to the Mikaelson's mansion to say goodbye to Klaus before the heads back home. She's walking down the street where she runs into Marcel - he recognizes her. They say love is a Vampire's greatest weakness - this is the young vampire, the one Klaus has fallen in love with. His nightwalkers have been tracking her - if he wants to defeat Klaus, he may as well start with the one thing he knows will make him listen to his every ask.
Marcel holds Caroline hostage. Torturing her, he calls Klaus, telling him to stay out of his plans, leave New Orleans, not to return, or else he will kill Caroline. Marcel uses her as leverage, planning to ambush Klaus with the nightwalkers and kill him. Obviously Klaus, being the stubborn egotistical hybrid that he is, wouldn't take orders from anyone, and goes to meet with Marcel and get Caroline.
He ends up there where is is ambushed and chained up, with little success on their behalf - he ends up retaliating and killing them. In a fit of impulse, Marcel pledges his alliance to Klaus in hope he will stop the slaughter. Klaus smiles, victorious, the kingdom now his - but more importantly, he can save his beloved Caroline.
Regaining back his status, Klaus reunites with Caroline, now the King of New Orleans and ready to take back the kingdom, with her at his side. Because every King needs a Queen.

Hope you guys enjoyed this! Holy moly, it took half my life. I would hate to think the amount of hours I have spent on it! But I kind of want to write a fic based on this. We will see. Im very happy with the idea and the manips, and I will definitely have a vid up when 5x11 airs! :)
I did have a lot more to add but couldn't... fit it. xD It is long enough already anyway lol. This is one of the many ways I saw Caroline joining the Originals during hiatus. Omg, look at the lyrics to this song though! Is it not perfect for Klaroline?! Ah. :)
