malo soli
1 žumance
malo kvasca
nekoliko kašika vode

Za nadev:
500 gr. sira
veza zelja
2 jaja
1 belance

Za premaz:
180-200ml. kisele pavlake

Greblica (Cheese pie)

Ingredients:
For the bark:
400 gr. flour
1 tablespoon fat
200 ml. sour cream
a little salt
1 egg yolk
a little yeast
a few tablespoons of water

For the filling:
500 gr. cheese
1 link of chard leaves
2 eggs
1 egg white

For coating:
180-200ml. sour cream
