中秋节快到了,一起来做“柿子月饼”联同花生月饼就代表《好”柿”发”生”》,好会取名。采用了天然芝士粉和抹茶粉来制作天然橙和绿,加上柿子月饼模具,还原了柿子的模样,个个好可爱~ 外皮是会回油的传统广式月饼的饼皮,把饼皮内馅味道融合在一起,使饼皮柔软光亮。2天回油后,切开来,内部结构和颜色好漂亮,奶黄馅加上咸香回油的芝士和淡淡抹茶味。口味很特别,甜而不腻,好吃~

收藏方式:做好冷却后收密封容器,室温回油2天再吃。室温5天内吃完。要收更久可以冷冻,吃前解冻即可。

Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner, let’s make "柿子月饼Persimmon Mooncakes", together with Peanut Mooncake symbolise "good things happen" 《好”柿”发”生”》. Natural cheese powder and matcha powder are used to make natural orange and green colors, together with persimmon mooncake mold, restore Persimmon appearance, so cute~ The outer skin is the traditional Cantonese mooncake skin that will return oil, blending the flavors of fillings and crust together, making the crust soft and shiny. After 2 days of oil return, cut it open, the internal structure and color are so beautiful, the custard filling milky flavor paired with salty and fragrant cheese and a touch of matcha flavor. The taste is very special, sweet but not greasy, delicious~

Storage method: After cooling, store in airtight container to return oil at room temperature for 2days before eating. Eat within 5 days at room temperature. Freeze to store longer, just thaw before eating.

=Crust饼皮 (8pcs, 25g/pc Orange dough橙面团,1.5g/pc Green dough青面团)=
25g Peanut Oil花生油
75g Inverted Syrup/Golden Syrup转化糖浆
2g Lye Water/Alkaline Water碱水/枧水
110g All Purpose Flour中筋面粉
0.5g Matcha Powder抹茶粉
7g Cheddar Cheese Powder车达芝士粉

= Fillings馅料 (8pcs, 25g/pc)=
200g Custard Filling 奶黄馅

(Preheated Oven 160C: 23minutes, 预热烤箱160c: 23分钟)
