I tried the OMAD Diet for a week | ONE MEAL A DAY diet results

I decided to try and eat OMAD (One Meal A Day) for 7 days! The OMAD diet is the most aggressive form of intermittent fasting that consists of a 23 hour fast and a 1 hour eating window.

The challenge was extremely difficult! Especially when you try and get in all your fruits and veggies for the day and not break your fast with a large pizza and ice cream lol

In this video I talk about habitual hunger VS. actual hunger, top drinks to have during a fast and working out on the OMAD diet..
