Still learning all the quirks on this affordable pizza oven from Walmart. The Expert Grill 15" Charcoal pizza oven. I prefer to just use little charcoal to start the fire up and then put in wood chunks.

You will notice in my videos, when the flame is strong, the pizza really bakes super fast and almost perfect. As my flame starts going down, the pizzas take longer to bake and don't come out as good.
