I talk about why YOU should participate in extracurricular activities in high school. They help you grow, you make new experiences, and they help on your university application. In addition, there are lots of tips littered throughout the video.

At the end of the day, your extracurricular activities aren't everything when applying to these programs. Your marks matter just as much! So don't freak out.
