When I struggled with anxiety I suffered with air hunger, and looked everywhere for help. I often felt that I couldn't take a deep satisfying breath in. I was literally hungry for air. And the "just take some deep breaths" advice didn't seem to help my air hunger at all.

In this video, I don't just explain what Air Hunger is, but I also share why it happens and some exercises you can immediately put into action to help get rid of this horrible issue.
