(Traits lines are correct, gw2skills.net just hasn't updated yet. The relic I am using is Relic of Febe for permanent swiftness without needing rng procs from Chaos Storm)

The world is healing, my dream of playing heal Chronomancer is alive. So with the 28th of November patch, arenanet made heal Chronomancer viable. Gave it some much needed protection and regeneration group share, and overhauled a few elements of the Chaos trait line so it can give more aoe boons. I've been playing it almost every day since the 29th in my fractal challenge mode runs and it is a load of fun!

It has great boon coverage, amazing stability/aegis access, great passive condition cleansing and you can adjust your utility skills massively for each encounter, all depending on what you want to prioritize: strategy, instabilities, etc.

If you have any questions, I'd love to hear them as I've been enjoying discussing this healer with guildies and also people from some of my runs that have stayed behind after to chat!

Analysis ══════════════════
So as the healer in fractals, you are the only source of healing for the most part as fractals are 5-man content. In this run I am providing quickness to my group.

At the start, I use the healing mantra to build up clones thanks to a nice interaction from Ego Restoration. Then I enter Continuum Split(f5) and spew as many boons out as I can before we have to split, so everyone has key offensive boons to start dpsing straight away. Silent Surf is quite renown for having a lot of splitting involved. At about 0:50 I made an error by not moving out fast enough, so the boss got my boons and I lost them all. I did plan on using Phase Retreat(staff2) to get out sooner but fumbled my weapon swap.

Throughout the fight I was regularly attempting to block the boss's attacks with shield 4 or scepter 2 so I could get phantasms or clones, respectively. Phantasms help with quickness and clones hep with healing. During crowd control phases, you can contribute a lot with Time Sink(f3), Chaos Storm(staff5) and Signet of Humility, especially if these can be used inside Continuum Split.

One of my team mates had an unfortunate d/c at around 2:30 onwards, leaving us to 4-man for the rest. 4:14 we got another boon rip, and I did Null Field to counteract but he jumped out of it, and a lot already got ripped. A good note to make here is that my Null Field and Signet of Illusions are entirely flexible. You can bring other utility for this fight if one area is lacking (such as bad crowd control, you can bring Mantra of Distraction instead, or Phantasmal Disenchanter to handle No Pain No Gain)

You are able to comfortably kill your ad on the 66% and 33% phases too, then under 33% you ignore them anyway as no more World Ender attacks will occur. At 6:10 I do get hit by my free fear, and it looks as though the Aspect of Kanxai teleported as I was turning and clipped me. All I can recommend here is to be careful of where they tp to when they beam you, as if it aligns with the eye mechanic, they can catch you out.

6:30 onwards things get a bit rougher as we start to lose more people, but it doesn't matter at all as you can just brute force this fight, which is what we ended up doing. 7:25 I brain afk'd and thought the circle was my number circle so moved too late and got my boons stripped, lul.
