Here are 3 knee replacement exercises that can help when 6 weeks or more post-op and graduated from initial PT.

As a physical therapist, I used to work in home care helping patients recover after total knee and hip replacements. Often times, people would progres to outpatient therapy but would end therapy before they were able to start working on higher level strength, balance and stamina exercises. Therapy would get them to a point where they could do "just enough" that insurance would stop paying.
