Crafting An Enormous 1860s Crinoline Dress from the Monet's Women in the Garden

Making a spring dress for myself in the style of the women in Claude Monet's Women in the Garden. This dress has an elliptical crinoline that was popular in 1865, tons of ruffle and I even made a cute little bonnet.
