In today's video, I will break down the 10 steps the two codependent personalities need to take to heal from their codependence.

Codependence is principally about I am an adult on the outside but inside I am still a child and I am still living according to the survival adaptations I had to develop as a result of less than nurturing parenting. Therefore, I react from that past and I project those adaptations and fears into the present, past, and future.

Recovery from that is learning to be adult, moderate, mature and differentiating the present feeling and circumstances from the past and not bring that past into the present.

To do that, we need new knowledge that can be developed into a skill and ultimately refined into a tool to heal that pain and stop the generational transference of The Worst Day Cycle. In short, we need emotional mastery.
