2 C. Cooked & Cubed Turkey
1-1/2 C. Macaroni
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Milk
Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bake thawed 350° 35-40 minutes

Turkey Tetrazzini
1lb. Spaghetti
2 C. Cooked & Cubed Turkey
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Med Onion, Diced
2 Jars Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
1/3 C. Milk
1/4 C. Green Pepper, Diced
Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bake thawed 350° 35-40 minutes

Turkey, Veggie & Wild Rice Soup
2 C. Cooked & Cubed Turkey
2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Onion, diced
1 Carrot, Diced
1 Rib Celery, Sliced
1 C. Frozen Corn
1/4 C. Wild Rice
Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Any other seasonings you like
On Cooking Day Add 3 Quarts Broth
Slow Cook 6-8 Hours on low

Turkey Fried Rice
2. C Turkey Cooked & Chopped
1 Onion
1/4 C. Scallions
1/2 C. Frozen Peas
4 T. Olive Oil or Butter
3 C. Cooked Rice (1-1/2 C. Uncooked rice will make 3 C. Cooked)
2-4 T. Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
