Uluwatu, home of the world's best beaches?

Описание к видео Uluwatu, home of the world's best beaches?

We love Uluwatu and we are sure after this video you will to!

Uluwatu is known as a surfers paradise with its stunning Cliffside beaches and laidback lifestyle.

Many people say it home to the world's best beaches....

In this episode we put these claims to the test.

There are way too many beaches to choose from in Uluwatu. If you have any recommendations, let us know in the comments!

These are the beaches we visited in the video:

⁃    Padang Padang beach 35K IDR per person (requires small entry fee). Really cool vibe with lots of people. Beware of monkeys especially if you are leaving your stuff unattended. Perfect location to spend the day with a coconut, Bintang and work on your tan)

⁃    Blue point beach (More of a lookout and place to surf; you can’t really sit and swim. We suggest going to Single Fin Beach Club or one of the restaurants along the cliff and spend the afternoon watching the surfers)

⁃     Nyang Nyang Beach (A hidden gem, little bit out of the way so not many tourists go there and we pretty much had the place to ourself. Beautiful white sands that goes for miles)

⁃    Bingin Beach (We didn’t show much of it, but we were staying close by and absolutely loved Bingin. Great location for accomodation. Must try: Lucky Fish restaurant to watch the sunset, while enjoying some freshly caught fish from the BBQ)

Tips for Uluwatu:
⁃    Rent a scooter from Sunny & Ages at Bingin Sunshine shop and motorbike rental. As Uluwatu is made up of lots of different mini beach towns it’s the easiest way to get around. If you are wanting to explore (100k  - 125K IDR or $10-$12 AUD a day).

⁃    Have some cash with you as some beaches have a small entry free and/or a parking fee (10K - 35K IDR or $1-$3.5 AUD).

⁃    Get ready for some incidental exercise. To access the beaches you will have to walk down either stairs or a hill. It’s definitely worth it and you get your daily steps up too, so it’s a win-win in our eyes!

Places we ate at:
⁃   Salty coffee ( amazing brunch food especially if you’re a foodie)
⁃   Warung local (great value and the best Balinese food we have had)

Where we stayed:
- Adi’s bungalow - we found this place on airbnb. A 2 minute walk to Bingin Beach with amazing staff. We were sad to leave but we will definitely stay there again!
