LUNGE (RIGH LEG) | LUNGE (LEFT LEG) | BICEPS CURL | BICEPS CURL HALF | MOUNTAIN CLIMBS

BLOCK 3
CLEAN | CLEAN & PRESS | PUSH UPS | RENEGADE PUSHUPS ROW | MOUNTAIN CLIMBS

BLOCK 4
DEADLIFTS | DEADROW | UPRIGHT ROW | SWING | MOUNTAIN CLIMBS

BLOCK 5
SNATCH (RIGHT) | SNATCH (LEFT) | SQUAT HOLD | LUNGE HOLD | MOUNTAIN CLIMBS
