WHEAT NOODLES AT HOME

Wheat flour – 1 glass

Egg – 1

Rava (roasted or non roasted) – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste



NOODLES RECIPE

Homemade wheat noodles

Sunflower oil

Olive oil - to drizzle on top

Onion – a little

Garlic - 2 big cloves

Carrot - a little

Capsicum - a little

Cabbage - a little

Soya sauce (optional) – ¾ tbsp or as per taste

Tomato sauce (optional) – ½ tbsp. or as per taste

Chilly flakes – to taste

Salt – to taste
