Learning Tai Chi Internal Strength in Six Steps.

Описание к видео Learning Tai Chi Internal Strength in Six Steps.

Integrating the Power of Jin and Qi into Tai Chi Movements.
Tai Chi emphasizes 'sung' (loosening) to cultivate internal strength and energy, making it crucial in both Tai Chi teaching and learning. It allows practitioners to clearly integrate strength and energy into each movement, achieving excellent internal fitness benefits beyond mere muscular exercise.
The 'sung' (loosening) in Tai Chi is overall quite 'simple.' It starts with relaxing muscle groups and then progresses to relaxing the internal space of the body. The relaxation within the body begins with 'sung luo,'(Sink) allowing the force to be released from the muscle layer, letting the loosened force settle to the feet. By releasing the force, the muscles relax, rather than intuitively making the body shape soft and collapse. When the released force settles into the soles of the feet, the internal energy also returns to the source with the sinking of 'sung.' Therefore, in the process of overall 'sung' sinking, it effectively brings the outer body inward and settles into the chest, relaxing the internal energy into the dantian, and finally, by the movement of 'sung waist, dropping hips,' it sinks to the feet, achieving the purpose of storing energy. So, the essence of 'sung sinking and storing energy' is summarized in six steps:
Hold chest and embrace guard.
Sink Qi into the dantian.
Loosen waist and drop hips.
Gather groin and lift energy.
Connect internal strength.
Loosen and expand qi.
These are the key points of Tai Chi learning summarized over the past twenty years from teaching experiences, based on students' experiences in learning Tai Chi. With these clear methods, one can effectively practice Tai Chi's internal strength, avoiding the situation where one cannot find practical methods to cultivate internal strength and qi during the Tai Chi learning process.
In fact, theories and explanations on how to cultivate Tai Chi's internal strength are generally available, but what's important is the true transmission and experience of cultivating strength and energy. It's not about staying at the level of theory and explanations but failing to cultivate internal strength.
If this segment of Tai Chi teaching video can create good karma and help people improve and enjoy learning Tai Chi, we would be deeply gratified. We also wish everyone can continuously deepen and refine the inner strength of Tai Chi, as Tai Chi is about cultivating internal strength to achieve fitness effects, rather than just mimicking Tai Chi in the form of exercise to seek health benefits."
