In this video I will share my daily routines, recipes, meal ideas, and tips on how to structure your meals with a busy schedule. DISCLAIMER: this video shows only examples of my meals and not my smaller snacks due to limited time. The full day of eating includes:

~2500 Calories

Breakfast:
Veggie, Egg, & Cheese Sandwich

Snack #1 (Pre-Workout):
Rice Cakes, Peanut Butter, Banana & Granola

Lunch:
Salmon & Veggies
Protein Smoothie

Dinner:
4 Steak, Chicken, & Veggie Skewers

Snack # 2:
Protein Shake (Almond Milk & Protein Powder)
