Badami Degi Chicken Qorma:

Ingredients

Chicken 600gm
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt, pepper as required
Coriander 1tbsp
Yogurt ¾ cup
Clarified butter ½ cup
Onion ground 4tbsp
Whole spice 1tbsp
Mace nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
All spice ¾ tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Screw pine essence ¼ tsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Almonds 8-10

Method
Heat clarified butter in a pan add chicken fry till it gets golden color, now remove chicken and in the same oil add whole spice, ginger garlic paste , salt , pepper, coriander and yogurt now roast well then add chicken with ½ cup water and cook , then add ground onion , screw pine essence , mace nutmeg , all spice and vinegar and dish it out , lastly add almonds and ginger and serve .




Creamy sausages and tomato pasta:

Ingredients

Chopped sausages ½ cup
Dried tomatoes ½ cup
Boiled pasta 2cups
Chopped onion 1
Capsicum 1
Chopped tomatoes 3-4
Chicken powder 1-1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic 1tbsp
Parmesan cheese 1tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Butter 2tbsp
Oil 4tbsp
Italian herb 1-1/2 tsp
Salt as required

Method
In a pan add garlic and oil heat it, now add chopped onion and garlic and sauté , then add chopped sausages , now add boil tomatoes , dried tomatoes, black pepper, parmesan cheese, cream, chicken powder , salt and boil pasta . lastly add capsicum and Italian herb mix and serve .




Keri Murabba Chutney:

Ingredients

Raw mangoes 2cups
Sugar 2cups
Ginger 1tbsp
Raisin 2tbsp
Red pepper 1tsp
Black salt 2pinches
Silver paper 1
Salt 1pinch


Method
Mix sugar in grated raw mangoes and leave it for 2 hours, now add all the ingredients accept silver paper ,now cook till thick , lastly dish out and garnish with silver paper and serve .
