Possibly could've cleared sooner with ring swapping, though I didn't experiment a whole lot with swapping before Blaster was changed from a 4 minute class to a 2 minute class.

After the 2 minute change I've personally found my best results involved swapping between Ring of Restraint (for the increased damage portion immediately following a slime wave) and Weapon Jump Ring (used for Gatling Punch and Bullet Blast with Terms and Conditions as a 100s burst), then stalling very briefly during the slime wave; but your mileage may vary especially depending on which Oz rings you have.
