Everyone should know how to make an amazing hummus. This recipe is in my opinion the easiest way to get consistent results! Unfortunately a lot of people serve up a coarse and grainy hummus, that isn't very satisfying. However if you follow my steps, you can bring the creamiest hummus to your next potluck. You can do it all with with an immersion blender and yet get a fantastic texture. Just make sure you cook the chickpeas long enough!

Recipe:
400 g dried chickpeas
1 tbsp Baking soda
Juice of 1-2 lemons
4-5 tbsp tahini
salt
Ice cubes or very cold water
