Zurich based sing-a-songwriter Mercee is back with a new single!
Drawing on her cuban roots, the young creative keeps on staying true to her mixed heritage by writing her lyrics bilingual. Pop, Afro-Latin, Urban and Soul are just a few musical genres but it’s impossible to assign Mercee’s style to any of these, as she’s steadily reinventing herself.
„Double Tap“ hovers in between Trap-Soul and Pop and treats the different facets which the 23-year old artist lives through during the process of a relationship.
The song portraits the inner ups and downs which she goes through, especially the duality between moments of confidence and uncertainty.
