Fascia vs. Force: Tai Chi's Hidden Secret Power Explained. In this video, Susan Thompson Tai Chi offers further explanation and clarification on how to easily move someone by connecting to their fascia, a long-held secret technique of Tai Chi. Regardless of her opponents’ size, strength, or force, Susan can easily move them with a light touch when connecting to the fascia. To better illustrate, Susan demonstrates the efficacy of different well known Tai Chi techniques that do not include connecting to the fascia, and then contrasts their efficacy to that of connecting to the fascia. The difference is obvious. Additionally, she provides step-by-step instructions so you can develop this skill yourself and incorporate it into your Tai Chi and push hands practice.
