Abandoned Magdalene Laundry in Donnybrook, Dublin, Ireland.

Описание к видео Abandoned Magdalene Laundry in Donnybrook, Dublin, Ireland.

Established as ‘St. Mary Magdalen’s Asylum’ in 1837. Laundry buildings sold by the Sisters of Charity in 1992. Traded as ‘Donnybrook Laundry’ until 2006. Two women living in the institution continued to be employed by Donnybrook Laundry after the transfer in 1992*.
