If you're brand-new to sliding, this class featuring Bryan will guide you through the basics, with a little extra time dedicated to explaining each move on the board. For the first two minutes, you'll have a standing-moves-only warmup, activating your lower body and core for the work ahead.

Bryan will then guide you through many of our Fundamental Slides, working up to a combination move with both Taps and Tall Slides. You'll also be introduced to some of our Essential Core Moves, such as high planks and mountain climbers.
