Alkaline Rice Dumpling Recipe | only 2 ingredients | no frills recipe | Less than 1h 30min

SECRET TECHNIQUES? (special step-by-step wrapping technique for the perfect dumpling shape / soak glutinous rice for 4-5 hours)
MAXIMUM satisfaction, minimal effort!
Ingredients (glutinous rice, alkaline)
Condiments (sugar/honey)
you can add other ingredients that you enjoy inside the dumpling (like red bean etc)
Bamboo leaves for wrapping (soaked in boiling water for 30mins and wiped clean with a cloth)
Raffia strings to tie the dumplings (30-40cm for each dumpling, knotted at one end in bundles of 10)

NOTE:
You can also hook the bunch of untied strings to something (e.g. back of a chair) while you wrap the dumplings. It'll make it easier...
