Tips for how to utilise your break time most effectively:
✦ Change up your surroundings - walk around, go to a different room
✦ If you're working in front of a screen, try to gaze outside your window - this exercises your eyes, gives them a break! [will slow the inevitable deterioration of your eyesight :/]
✦ Refill your water bottle, or make tea/coffee
✦ Toilet break! very important, not really a tip
✦ Avoid conversations with others - you will most definitely get carried away
✦ Stretch! especially your neck and shoulders.
