2 Eggs
Separate the Yolks
Beat the Egg Whites
Beat Until Foamy
¼ Cup Sugar (Add Gradually)
Mix Well
Add Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp Oil
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Mix Well
½ Cup Rice Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Sieve
Mix Well
Grease Oil in Steel Bowl
Pour Batter
Boil Some Water
Steam Cook For 15-20 Min.
