This 10 minute workout is taken from Pilates Lifestyle's "Pilates on the Small Ball" DVD for Beginner / Intermediate Levels and our iPhone and iPad app, where you can create your own routines from the 64 exercises and techniques available.

As with our Intermediate/Advanced Level example workout, this routine is only one of 4 different Pilates workouts contained in the DVD, namely;

Of course the iPhone and iPad app allows you to build these and many more routines or to implement those provided on our facebook page.
