Canning Chicken in the Nesco Smart Canner | Nesco Pressure Canner Step-by-Step Instructions

In this video I walk through the process of canning chicken in the Nesco Smart Canner. I also provide some step-by-step instructions for using the Nesco Pressure canning. I cover how to use the various functions of the Nesco canner (which also apply to the Carey Smart Canner). I explain the reasoning behind why you should wait until the canner counts down from E10 to E0 to change the pressure valve on the Nesco.
