Dry Coconut= 1/4
Roasted Peanuts= 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds= 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Dry Chilly= 6
Water= 1/4 cup

FOR THE TADKA:
Eggplant= 300 gm
Mustard Oil= 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Onion= 2
Green Chilly= 3
Tomato= 2
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Water= 1 cup
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1 tsp
Amchur Powder= 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander= 2 tbsp
