Ingredients:
Minced lamb 600 gr
Ras El Hanout 3 teaspoons
Salt Flakes 2 teaspoons
Half a grated onion
Two grated garlic cloves

How To
Mix the ingredients
Place the meat on a skewer
Grill the meat over a direct fire, ready in about 10 minutes
Keep on the the lid to prevent flare ups.
