Ingredients :

Beef : 2 Kg
Salt : 2 Table spoon or As per your taste

Mix it very well for 5 minute

Ginger : Small piece
Garlic : 20 Piece
Minced It two time then Add all Spices
Wheat Flour : 100 Gram
Black Pepper : 1 Tablespoon
Red Chili Flake : 3 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds Powder : 2 Tablespoon
coriander seeds Crushed : 4 Tablespoon
Carom Seeds crushed : 1 Tablespoon

Mix It very Well for 5 minute then Add

Onion Fine Chop : 750 gram to 1 Kg
Green Chilli : Less Spicy 250 gram
Tomato : Blend 2 Medium size
Tomato Fine chop : 3 medim size
mix it very well
keep on freezer for 30 minute then Fry in any cooking oil.
