⭐️MATZAH LASAGNA
4-5 matzahs
2 cups spinach
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1.5 cup ricotta cheese or
sour cream or cottage cheese
2.5 cups tomato sauce (1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano,
1 tsp basil, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp salt, pepper to taste)
BAKE 350F 190C for 40 mins cover in tinfoil or some cover, ENJOY YUM!

⭐️EASY MATZAH BREI
-2 large eggs
-1.5 sheets of matzah
-1/4 cup milk or almond milk or water
-1 tbsp butter for pan or olive oil
-salt & pepper to taste
