From where this Dragon Ball What If left off, the God of Destruction - Kakarot - has brought peace to Universe 7. After teaching Jiren the value of trust and teamwork rather than strength above all else he returns to his home, but ever since he visited the other Universes something has been bothering the God of Destruction and of course Whis is the first to notice it.
“My lord, you seem a bit distracted since our trip, is there something on your mind?” Kakarot tells Whis that the Saiyans of Universe 6 have him thinking. He was always taught that the nature of the Saiyans was violent and cruel - a cycle they couldn’t ever escape. He thought himself to be lucky, sent to another world as a child and escaping that vicious life, but the Saiyans of Universe 6 - genetically nearly identical to Kakarot’s own people - are not malicious or genocidal. They’re a kind helpful race for the most part. If anything, the Saiyans of Universe 6 are not only better than the Saiyans of Universe 7 - they’re better than most civilizations in general.
