In this Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball Super What If - I discuss what would happen if Goku had landed on Beerus' Planet. Not What If Goku was born with God Ki or What If Goku and Broly were sent to Earth.
From where this Dragon Ball What If left off, God of Destruction Kakarot has brought peace to his Universe - as shown in the full story of What if Goku was Sent to Beerus’ Planet - linked above. By replacing Beerus and being raised by Whis - Kakarot is by most standards the perfect God of Destruction. However, despite seeming very collected and calculating, Kakarot is still to some degree Goku. He still loves fighting and does have a soft spot for people who are truly good. His revival of Beerus - who had threatened to kill him previously - is a sign of the person he wants to be.
With how well Kakarot has done in fixing Universe 7 the Grand Priest asks him to visit 7 other universes with Whis and offer guidance. These are of course the 7 other universes that were made to participate in the Tournament of Power in the canon story. If these universes don’t start to at least show signs of change soon then they risk being erased by Zeno. Ever responsible, Kakarot of course accepts this task. He talks with Whis and together they create a shortlist that Universes can use to make very quick changes before bigger plans are made. With the work portion done, Whis asks what universe they should visit first and Kakarot tells Whis that it makes the most sense to visit their neighbor Universe 6 first. Whis understands and the two make their leave.
