This short video shows you how to run a cable from the charge port or screen mirroring port (Android Auto or Apple Carplay) through the centre console to the charging pad area.

Unfortunately these vehicles do not have wireless Android Auto or Carplay so the wireless charging pad (Trophy model) is pretty useless, but a cable connection leaves you with a dilemma about where to put your phone.

Routing the cables through the console at least allows you to put the phone on the pad where it was intended to be placed.
