In this video I take you through a few days of my life including my cheat meals, how to deal with cravings and also a full teen body builder back day.
The first thing to consider when thinking about your cravings and thinking about having a cheat meal is your original goal. For example, If you are currently cutting and have a date where you have to be in shape that is near, a cheat meal would not be a good idea. It will simply set you back and make it more difficult to reach your goal on time. If however like me you are a casual lifter with no urgent goal in the future, a cheat meal will not drastically change your progress. You do however have to be careful and here is when the next consideration comes into play. You must ask yourself if you are a person that will be able to have the cheat meal and then get straight back on track. Or are you someone that will go off their meal plan and find it really difficult to return to the health diet.
