Adam travels to Land Between the Lakes in Western Kentucky for some early morning paddleboarding before heading to Paducah to meet restaurant owner and "Top Chef" competitor Sara Bradley to cook up some Kentucky BBQ. Then Adam burns off the BBQ with some dirt bike action with Michael Akaydin, a Kentuckian and professional motocross athlete.
