iOS 14.0.1 released yesterday, just 8 days after we saw the
release of iOS 14. It corrects a problem where default applications
were reset after a device restart, Camera previews now display
properly on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Corrects an issue with
devices being unable to access Wi-Fi, Corrects an issue that where
users were unable to send mail using certain providers, Images now
appear properly in the News widget. But what about the html5 slowness
we have seen, and the Geekbench multicore issues on iPhone 8 and Xr?
Lets check the overall performance of iOS 14.0.1, and look into those
issues as well. Here we go.
