His Adorable 492 Sqft Home in Cottage & Tiny House Community He Built

Meet Will, who lives in an adorable cottage. He started Tiny House Atlanta, which evolved into the MicroLife Institute, a housing nonprofit specializing in developing pocket neighborhoods. The Cottages on Vaughn was their first development. It's on a .5 acre lot, a block from downtown Clarkston in the Atlanta Metro. Includes 8 tiny homes & micro-cottages situated around a common green space with edible regenerative landscaping. Will shares a tour of his small cottage home, the tiny community, and about the importance of building better density for healthy communities.
