I'm posting a series of videos by television favorite, Gisele MacKenzie, singing songs from the live 1950's NBC TV program "Your Hit Parade". In this first collection Gisele sings songs from Oct 10, 1953 and June 5, 1954: Mister Sandman, Great Day, Little Things Mean a Lot, Three Coins in a Fountain and Wanted. The HIt Parade cast performed the 7 top songs every Saturday night in various skits, which found Gisele doing serious presentations, comedy numbers, etc. Gisele was one of the most gifted and beloved television stars of the 1950's and after 4 years, graduated to her own television series.
