Let's turn some ordinary Ramen into something delicious!
Come along with me today as I cook for one, just me! I keep my meals pretty simple, especially when cooking for one. You're important enough to cook delicious food for yourself, just like you do for others!
RAMEN NOODLE ALFREDO
INGREDIENTS: 1 Tblsp butter, 1/2 c heavy whipping cream, 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste, 1 block ramen, Parsley for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS: Cook Ramen according to package directions, then drain. In a separate pan combine cream, butter, & parmesan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Season with salt & pepper. Toss in the cooked Ramen. Top with parsley.
CHICKEN AND RAMEN STIR FRY
INGREDIENTS: 1 package ramen noodles, 1 Tblsp sesame oil, 1 Tblsp olive oil, 4 to 5 oz cooked chicken, frozen stir fry veggies
STIR FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 1 Tblsp soy sauce, 1 Tblsp rice vinegar, 1 Tblsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp ground ginger
INSTRUCTIONS: Cook ramen according to package directions, drain, and set aside. In a large skillet, or wok add the oils, and chicken till chicken is warmed through. Add the broccoli and stir fry veggies. Cover and allow the veggies to steam until crisp-tender. Add the noodles to the skillet. warm through and add in stir fry sauce of your choice. Stir to combine everything. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. You can garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
QUESO CHICKEN RAMEN BOWL
INGREDIENTS: 1 package ramen noodles, 4 oz cooked chicken, taco seasoning to taste, salsa to taste, queso cheese sauce
INSTRUCTIONS: Cook ramen according to package directions, drain, and set aside. In a separate pan, combine cooked chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa. Heat thoroughly. Add ramen noodles into the pot, then add Queso cheese sauce, to your liking. Stir to combine well, and heat thoroughly.
