Recipe
Wet
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla


Dry
1 cup flour
1tbsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Mix the wet ingredients into the fry until just combined and do not overmix. Let batter sit for 5 min before cooking.

For a 4 ounce scoop, cook the pancakes in about 2-3 tbsp of cream. Start on medium heat and once the cream is mostly evaporated and absorbed into the pancake, turn the heat to low and flip once bubbles form ( should only take about 3-4 minutes) and then cook on the other side for an additional 2 minutes.
