The closed beta for version 5.0 is currently ongoing, and we have already received the banners for the next patch. Hoyoverse has already confirmed Mualani and Kinich as the next playable 5-star characters, so both of them are confirmed to get their banners in version 5.0. Mualani is a 5-star hydro DPS character; she uses a catalyst and will be an on-field DPS unit. Kinich is also a 5-star unit, but he is a dendro claymore DPS.

So apart from Mualani and Kinich, Kazuha and Raiden Shogun are in line to get their reruns in version 5.0. Mualani and Kazuha are expected to get their banners in phase one, whereas Kinich and Raiden Shogun are expected to get their banners in phase two of 5.0. Hoyoverse has broken the Archons rerun pattern, as Raiden is getting a rerun next instead of Zhongli. Zhongli has been getting his rerun in the past two X.0 patches, but this time they decided to go with Raiden instead.

I'm really surprised by the fact that Kazuha, who got his last rerun in version 4.5, is getting a rerun before a character who was released in 4.1 and still hasn't gotten his rerun. Yes, I'm talking about Wriothesley. I mean, come on, Hoyoverse: what is your problem with Cryo characters? First Eula and Shenhe, and now Wriothesley: what are they thinking? But I totally understand this if they're planning to power creep Kazuha in the upcoming patches.

On a similar note, Zhongli is also expected to get power crept by Xilonen, who is expected to release in version 5.1, and both of them are expected to get their banners in version 5.1. Alongside Xilonen, Chasca is also expected to be released, but she's a 4-star character, so she will appear on the same banner. Other than these two, there are two characters who are most likely to get their banners in 5.1: Wriothesley and Kokomi, and I have already explained why.

If you're thinking about Shenhe and Ganyu: my guess is that Ganyu will appear on the next chronicled wish, alongside other old Liyue characters like Childe, Xiao, and Hutao. As for Shenhe, she will most likely appear around the Lantern Rite patch, so maybe in version 5.3 or 5.4.

Moving on to version 5.2 banners. Mavuika is expected to release in version 5.2, but it's not confirmed. So far, every Archon has been released in the same patch when the Archon quest of their region ends, like Nahida in 3.2 and Furina in 4.2. So if she is the current Pyro Archon, then she should get her banner in version 5.2. However, there are some rumors that she will be released around version 5.5 or 5.6, so I don't know if she's the current Pyro Archon.

I can explain the reason for these rumors, but it contains some spoilers, so I won't. Anyway, whoever the Pyro Archon is, she should get her banner in version 5.2. About Xbalanque: he is also expected to release in the second half of Natlan, around the same time when Columbina releases, so we will have to wait a bit for him.

Moving on: Ororon is also expected to release in version 5.2, as he is expected to be a 4-star character. There is no information about his vision at the moment, but he is a bow user, and my guess is that he has a hydro vision. Other than the Pyro Archon's banner, we will definitely get three rerun banners in 5.2: and the expected reruns are Xianyun, Chiori or Arlecchino, and Ayato or Cyno.

I'm guessing Xianyun because she was released in 4.4, so 5.2 would be a good time to get a rerun if they're not planning her rerun during the Lantern Rite festival. Chiori because she was released in 4.5, or Arlecchino for the sales so that players spend on her and the Pyro Archon's banner. And at last, Cyno or Ayato because their rerun was in version 4.2, so one of them should get their next rerun around 5.2.
