Having fun dancing to Marvin! I love his music, especially with Motown. If you weren't aware, Marvin was a session drummer for a lot of famous songs for other Motown artists, including Please Mr. Postman by the Marvelettes and Dancing in the Street by Martha Reeves and the Vandellas. Leave in the comment section your favorite Marvin Gaye song.

My first passion for a music genre was Motown at 9 years old after watching performances on the Ed Sullivan TV Show. I was obsessed with Diana Ross and The Supremes, The Four Tops, and The Temptations.

This music lifts my mood, gets my body moving, and I can't help but sing along most of the time. I hope to inspire whoever watches this to get up and dance and sing!

I'm an energy healer and musician. I love dancing with the energy of music and and letting it flow through my body. Dancing in this embodied and high vibrational state is fun, empowering, and therapeutic. It's not about the perfect moves or how I look. It's about releasing all inhibitions and freely expressing myself creatively through dance. It raises my vibration and makes me incredibly happy. It's about my joy for music and healing.

This dancing for me started in Dec. 2022. It came to me as a way to cope with the most stressful period of my life. It has helped me keep my vibration high and has even healed my lifelong debilitating performance anxiety. I've never liked being the center of attention and hated being on camera. I'm thrilled to finally now be able to dance and sing in front of others with ease, in public and behind the camera.

I hope to inspire others to dance and sing to music they love. It's joyful healing!
