how to make eggless mango cake ? Follow this procedure and use the following ingredients to make your favorite mango cake.

-: Ingredients required for mango cake recipe :-
Pieces of 1 large mango
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup (4 tbsps)
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp

For mango glaze :-
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Mango paste - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp

For Decoration:
Mango slice
Cherries

Anyone cake make this cake without oven just bake in pressure cooker.

NOTE : Bake 45-55mins on LOW flame. Check the cake after 45mins, if it is not baked extend the time to 55mins.
OR
bake 30-35mins on medium flame
