For the first time, children were shown the train journey and the movie Bahubali for the first time in the theatre. He devotes his entire time to the development of children and schools and due to this he has created a different identity in the society. Apart from this he also does social work. By joining hands with the organization named 'YUVA', they have brought glory to the district, state and country.

अरबिंद तिवारी झारखंड के सुदूरवर्ती इलाके पोटका प्रखंड के टेंग्रेन स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक हैं। उनके विद्यालय में अधिकांश बच्चे आदिम जाति समूह से आते हैं। परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं होने के कारण बच्चे अपने माता-पिता को छोड़कर स्कूल नहीं आते हैं। लेकिन अरबिन्द तिवारी और उनकी टीम ऐसे बच्चों को उनके परिवार वालों को समझाकर स्कूल लाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. बच्चों की पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ उनके स्वास्थ्य का भी ख्याल रखा जाता है। बच्चों को जागरूक करने के लिए तरह-तरह के कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जाते हैं और बच्चों को उचित पुरस्कार भी दिये जाते हैं। स्कूल का लुक भी इस तरह दिया गया है कि बच्चे स्कूल आने के लिए आकर्षित हों. जमशेदपुर मैराथन में अंडा प्रतियोगिता हो रही है. पहली बार थिएटर में बच्चों को ट्रेन का सफर और पहली बार बाहुबली फिल्म दिखाई गई. वह अपना पूरा समय बच्चों और स्कूलों के विकास में लगाते हैं और इसी वजह से उन्होंने समाज में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाई है। इसके अलावा वह सामाजिक कार्य भी करते हैं। उन्होंने 'युवा' नाम की संस्था से जुड़कर जिले, राज्य और देश का नाम रोशन किया है.
